Summary: What a disappointment this game turned out to be. I have read various reviews in various magazines and formed the opinion that serious Sam next encounter would be alright. Some magazines rated it 4 out of 10 while others went as far as to give this game 7 out of 10.
Summary: If you like games with god awful graphics, then buy this. The PS2 was not built for this. Sony doesn't need this running on their hardware. As much as I don't want to bring myself to say it, the Xbox version is so much better, it really is.
Summary: The problem with Serious Sam: Next Encounter (apart from the rather weak looking visuals) is the repetitive nature of the game. I was bored within10 minutes of playing this game, which probably explains why there are so many second hand copies springing up already, even although it has only been out...
Summary: Serious Sam may have made a name for it's self on the PC about 10 Million year ago, it's now 2004, things have moved on a little. Serious Sam Next Encounter is a useless game. What is the point of listing all of its faults when there are so many?
Summary: My oh my, what a terrible excuse for a game. I honestly cannot think of a single positive thing to write about such a poor example of supposedly entertainment software. There's nothing entertaining about it? Play Serious Sam for about 5 minutes and you'll be left wondering, is this it?
Summary: Serious Sam: Next Encounter really is the weakest of all the Serious Sam games released to date. If I were to rate the graphics, then I would give them about 2/10 on a good day. The graphics are too rough to look at for extended sessions, the game features simple textures that you'd expect to see on...
Summary: Serious Sam Next Encounter is repetitive to the point of leaving you thinking why bother. I would not describe the game as fun as such. There is no tension, no real thought required on the part of the player.
Summary: I am a big fan of the First Person Shooter and this `Serious Sam: Next Encounter' don't qualify. It's awful, it's really bad!!! This game looks so ugly! It really does. You don't have to take my word for it, go and look on the internet. The game plays slow, why?
