Lots of football fun

  • Summary: I played this game on Gamecube and it was fun, fast, and colorful. If it is anything like this on the PS2, which I have no doubt of, it is definitely worth a look. I haven't played Red Card by Midway, so I'm in no position to compare the two, but Slam is definitely a good game.

EL DIABLO ON FIRRRRRRRRRE!!!!!!!!!!

^K^S^L^, Amazon

  • Summary: I actually don't like soccer or football games at all. FIFA is the main culprit, releasing the same game every year with new features. Forutnatly, there is always a breath of fresh air for every genre, even for ones you would not normally try. SEGA Soccer Slam is a great example of this.

Could try harder.

Mr Ash Parmenter, Amazon
28 June 2003
  • Summary: So Sega decide to make a comedy soccer game, huh? Well, it's okay. But three on three? With Street Fighter-style special moves? What's that about? The actual content of the game is great. There's loads to see and do, and it'll take you ages to unlock all the bonuses.
