Summary: I have played several Scooby-Doo games in the past and this one was actually on the lacking end compared to some of the others. The gameplay is extremely simple with the exception of the character switching, which can get very annoying. The bosses were kinda lame and the graphics made me feel like I was three years old, very colorful and very crayola feeling. Even the mysteries and supposed puzzles were kinda lacking on the interesting side.
Summary: If you're new the whole Scooby Doo! scene for the Playstation 2 console, the fact of the matter is First Frights is a magnificent jumping off point to get involved in the beloved franchise regardless of your age or video game level of experience. Though considered in its waning years of development thanks to the Playstation 3, the PS2 is far from extinct thanks to releases like this very title that came only to the Wii and Playstation 2 home consoles.
Summary: My son's new favorite game... it took about a week for him to past the game (with very little help from daddy), but loves to replay the levels (you can pick levels to replay after it's been played thru). He picked up the game super quick, his first time playing the game he had no problem playing it (didn't even look at the game book at all).... If your young kid like video games, they will love this one...
Summary: I bought this game for my 8 year old daughter and she has been playing it since. After you go through it and beat it, you can go back through whichever scene and keep playing. Switching between all the different characters is alot of fun, and being able to play simultaneously is a definite bonus. Absolutely recommend this game for kids 6 to 10. If you like this one, you'll love Shrek 2 as well.
Summary: I have two children ages 3 and 6. I can say without a doubt this is one of their favorite games to play. They are easily entertained for hours trying to get through the levels. I loved the fact there was limited reading which allowed them to figure out sections without me having to stop whatever I was doing to read the directions to them. There aren't too many games out there that are actually age appropriate for small children.
Summary: This is a good game for toddlers. My twins really like to watch the intro and are very interested in the game. I chose to sit with them and help them over the harder parts but it's a good game for their age. Also, it has two player capabilities and that is VERY fun for them.
