Summary: Compared to the original dynasty warriors series, this game feels more like playing mario bros to me. Furthermore, the occasional "explore a castle" scenarios are a big turn off as it's merely a mouse running the maze game.
Summary: After buying this game a week ago, I've been playing it steadily since. Having played Dynasty Warriors 2, 3,& 4 by Koei, I'm probably not the most unbiased person to review this new Warriors game that takes place in Japan during their own "Warring States" period.
Summary: If you've played the Dynasty Warriors series, this game will feel incredibly familiar. They probably should have called it Dynasty Warriors: Japan or something. Anywho, the character development system has been improved as well as some of the quams people had with the preceeding Dynasty Warrior...
Summary: Samuari Warriors is a new kind of fighting game. This game is a excellent fighting game because it has a lot of weapons that the samuari used. It has a lot of interesting weapons. It is a four in a half because it isn't a five because it wasn't that great has it seemed, but it was still a great game...
Summary: If you like Dynasty Warriors then this is a no-brainer. Its just about on par with DW4 in terms of quality and engine, but feels like a nice change of pace with the feudal Japan setting, electronica music with Japanese flutes and entertaining CGI cutscenes.
Summary: I have always been a fan of dynasty warriors, ever since the second one. But when it got to Dynasty warriors 4 xtreme legends it started to get a bit old. So i thought since i like Dynasty warriors, why not try this? I was not disapointed after i bought it, it is a great effort from the Koei team.
Summary: This is a good attempt by Koei to make their dynasty warriors much more intresting. However the tower and abyss mission does not have a ranking list like dynasty warrior 4 series and there needs to be more various levels.
