Summary: This is a very good game, probably the best viking game ever made. It is very long and based off of the ancient Greek mythology of the Greek gods and the story that went on such as Odin(the all-father god), Loki(son of Odin and god of lie and betrayal), and Hel(daughter of Loki and ruler of hel where the dishonored go) would recommend this game to anyone who is into vikings and greek mythology.
Summary: This game was one of my favorites from the get go. It's a great hack and slash game that isn't difficult to follow. One game I don't plan on getting rid of even after I've beaten it over and over. My only complaint is the fact that this game looks horrible on newer televisions. But overall definitely worth the money you spend on it.
Summary: i can't believe there is not a single review on this game dang everyones missing out this game was epic on a massive scale when i was a kid i don't want to say much about it because i don't want to "rune" it for any other gamer haha.... but realy it's epic for 2 bucks what do ya got to loose?
Summary: The other reviewers was right, bad controls, alot of glitches; the graphics was regular playstation worthy even if that. I actually beat the game and the ending was decent but you have to work for it. I don't recommend this game unless if there's nothing better for you to do that get frustrated.
Summary: This is one great game, the graphics really arent that great but it is easily overlooked, do keep in mind the age of this game. The overall premise is that you die, odin brings you back to life and you must journey through Hel in order to get back to midgard. The game is completely immerced into the real and dead on Norse Mythos, this game is very different from any other game that i have ever played. to gain health you must drink mead, eat meat and lizards.
Summary: I had the misfortune of playing this game as well, and might I say I was greatly disappointed. Don't judge games by their covers. Being a pagan myself, I had high hopes for my hero Ragnar, but that R3 camera rotating to see what you were doing sucked SO much I didn't even bother finding out what OTHER aspects of the game blew. Don't waste your money OR time on this.
Summary: First of all this game is overpriced for its value. You always do the same things and there are only a few attacks. There are different weapons but they aren't much different. The only difference is that some weapons don't do much damage, some do. The attacks for each weapon looks exactly the same. This game is a waste of money. DO NOT BUY IT.
Summary: There is nothing about this game that I like. The camera is annoying, the controls clumbsy and the music uniteresting. The graphics were ok, but the scenes were too dark and depressing for me. The monsters were unimaginitive and the weapons pretty typical. I got through a few days and realized that not only did I not care, but I was really unhappy with it. I kept playing, thinking something would make it worth the reduced price I paid for it. I haven't played it since.
