Summary: Finally, a rugby series worthy of the name. This follows up the impressive '05 version with a good new array of features, although I'm not quite sure why it was necessary to have 'impact' players. They were in the previous one anyway and were just as good without a star over their heads! The new offload option is a welcome improvement, as well as more realistic AI around the ruck, although the turnover rate is still ridiculously high.
Summary: Although this game has a few glitches like the computers tackling is pretty crap especially when your play 2 player. However it is a very fun game and is usually just a good laugh i hope they come out with another one this year which should hopefully have had the glitches improved and just be swanky.
Summary: I think this game is excellent. I have not had to take it out of the PlayStation since I bought it. The gameplay is definitely improved and the graphics are a serious improvement. The only faults I can find is that it can get quite easy once you get the hang of it. I must admit that I haven't tackled (excuse the pun!) the elite level yet, but its just more of the same I think.
Summary: Every year EA seems to be improving on this title.Rugby 06 is a must have for all those who have played Rugby 2005.The game is fast and rather entertaining. The skill levels can be set to VERY easy and then also to the Elite level. The AI was improved and this makes for a much more enjoyable game.A few new ideas like the quick lineout and penalty and the ability to select your own set plays makes this a great improvement on the 2005 version. Also the star players as they...

Summary: Thsi game could still do with some imporving but i would recommend it to any rugby fan, have you ever played rugby 2004?, the graphics in rugby 2006 are so much better (never played the 2005 one so i wouldn't know about them) you can actually tell who the players are by there faces sort of on this, goial kicking is a lot easier, only missed a couple so far lol. the rucks can be annoying though, forwards dont get there and the backs don't lin back up.
Summary: This is a great improvement on rugby 2005 and a lot better than its rival rugby challenge 2006 pure rugby fans will love this the world league mode ( career mode ) is good and of course the tournaments are solid great game definatly buy this game if u dont u will regret it
Summary: With rugby 2005, i said it would take one more year. EA Sports, while improving on last years model, have unfortunately proved me wrong. There is still work to do here. However, for those of you who want it, here are the good bits: Graphics: geting smoother, and starting to challenge other EA franchises. The players look more realistic, as do their movements.
