Summary: This game has some good points, but is spoilt by the few bad points. The good points are:- Lions tour, good tournament options, decent graphics, fun gameplay (except a few things which ill mention in my bad points), and good commentry. Thing is when playing the game, all this can be spoilt simply because in scrums, rucks and malls you have absoultly no say in what happens!
Summary: Where do i start with this game, ok the team ratings we'll start with that England they are highly overrated and should be no higher than 75. The other teams are rated quite acurately. the squads are not entirely accurate when this game was released Charlie hodgson was the England fly half not wilkinson.
Summary: At first glance this game is quite good although there are a lot of downpoints: Advantages: 1. New improved graphics. 2. The quick lineouts and penalties are good. 3. The set plays are good and you can select them to your style of play. 4. The kits are correct and look good. 5. The balls are correct and match the balls in the home grounds. Dissadvantages: 1.
Summary: Just like the last incarnation in 05, while the game is a decent arcade game for a quick few games here and there, if played for any length of time you will end up smashing your console and TV in frustration. For reference, this review refers to play on Hard difficulty. In summary, the bad points: Rucks seem to have no logic behind them. The computer seems to decide who will win it before any players have even entered the ruck.
Summary: Don't bother with this! I bought it yesterday, following some review by a fella on amazon. The graphics are ok, in close up, but are grainy from distance. The main problems are: 1. Turnovers! They are almost random. You get the ball make some ground, go to ground, your pals pile in to retain possession, then 1/2 the time, for no reason, the other side come out with the ball. This ruins the game. 2.
