The ENDLESS WAR of NU-EARTH! One of my all-time favorite comic heros in a game I still play every few months since it came out!

Summary: ROGUE TROOPER! 5 years later I still play the crap out of it!!! An Icon of my childhood. For years I've been a fan of Rogue Trooper since I was a kid! My older brother & I used to ride our bikes to buy stacks of comics from the cool newstand run by rocker burnouts about 2 miles from my house!
Summary: Being a big fan of sci-fi 3rd person shooters, I'm always on the lookout for a really good one. Rogue Trooper hit all the right buttons. For me, those buttons are: Great graphics, easy-to-master controls, and fun, varied gameplay. As your comrades die you carve out their personality chips and attach them to your helmet, backpack, and assault rifle, an interesting and unique idea.
Summary: You control Rogue, a genetic infantry man created to battle the Norts on the polluted planet known as Nu-Earth. After his team is obliterated and placed into his helmet, gun, and backpack, Rogue is forced into an action packed adventure to seek revenge upon those who killed his buddies. Rogue Trooper is your basic third person shooter complete with the standard behind-the-back camera angle.
Summary: The game was fast paced and had very interesting plot. Overall a must add to your PS2 collection! Faults: Can't reload when you want, often leaving you to reload during battle (not cool). Three areas had glitches which made Trooper move on his own for several "feet" but could be worked through. I'm waiting for part 2!!!
Summary: Back in high school, I read ROGUE TROOPER comics, reprinted in the U.S. along with JUDGE DREDD. It's a surprise to see RT get a game after all of these years, and I was interested to see how the perpetual war comic would translate into 3D. So far, I really like it. It's a 3rd person shooter with easy controls.
Summary: Rogue Trooper won't take you long to complete, but it's a great ride getting there and you'll be replaying quickly without a doubt. This is a third-person sci-fi shooter which bases it's gameplay heavily on use of cover and the various futuristic weapons available. The cover system is very responsive and when you look at it in context well ahead of it's time, you'll duck down behind cover, pop up and take a few shots or throw a grenade, then pop back down before you get...
Summary: The graphics are a bit cartoon like but very nice. Considering that Rogue Trooper is from a comic book this works out well. Those who used to read Rogue trooper as a kid will be surprised at how well the game captures the looks, atmosphere and most importantly the feel of the Nu-Earth environment. The developers have done an excellent job at staying true to the comic while making everything look so good and updated it a little.
Every once in a while a game comes along and suprises me.

Summary: Every once in a while a game comes along and suprises me and this was certainly one of them. It must be over 20 years since I last read the Rogue Trooper comic strip in the 200AD comic series. Those were the days young carefree and unaware of life's trials and tribulations. It is a comic series that I remember with great fondness imagine my surprise then when I heard about a game being made based upon the character.
