With Rock Band, players can literally form a collaborative band in the style loosely patterned after the Guitar Hero video series. You need to play the peripherals as the music notes are scrolled down your screen. You can play as an individual using the single-player career mode (dubbed its “Solo Tour Mode”), or as a group of two to four players who use the band career mode (entitled the “Band World Tour.”) There are four levels of difficulty of play to choose from namely, Easy, Medium, Hard and then Expert. Rock Band uses 58 songs as soundtrack for play.
