Summary: I wanted to buy the game due to the fact that I heard there is a great two player coop. There very well may be, but it is online only and guess what, no server to connect to. My own fault I know, but still why can't there be a great two player zombie coop game. Other than that, game is great and looks amazing.
Summary: This game is okay, I'll be honest. I thought it would have been better, I played this after buying and playing Resident Evil 4. The game play is actually quite difficult, it's not that scary, not much action, and the scenarios get a little annoying, also the fact that you have a counter that will eventually reach 100.00% and you will die of a zombie virus.
Summary: I am an ultimate Resident Evil fan of the games and both movies (keep making movies!) and I bought Outbreak so I could try a new PS2 game. If you are a big fan of RE, you'll probably like this game. It takes a lot of patience that many people don't have, and hard thinking about how to proceed. You have to notice every detail and put your mind to work, or else you'll get stuck. If you are willing to be patient and think, this game is quite suspenseful.
Summary: This game doens't really follow the RE story that we all know. I think they should have took this to an arcade game instead of a console game. I like the RE series but I cannot recommend this game if you want to stay on path with the original series.
Resident Evil Outbreak **Fun, but Horrible Load Times**
14 May 2007
Summary: I was very excited when I heard this game was comming out so I went out and pre ordered my copy. Should have rented if first to save myself the 50 bucks. The game itself is a really good idea and I had high hopes for it, just like I did for Chaos Legion. After about a week I figured I learned enough to give a fair review of the game. So here is my take on the game: Gameplay: Typical RE fare.
Summary: Ugh...Same Resident Evil backstory but with a whole new cast of characters that are just simply annoying. You're once again wandering the streets of Raccoon City killing Zombies and trying to escape. This time though you have four people you have to babysit as well. If one person dies they come back as a Zombie but at least you have the pleasure of killing them. You can trade items with other people but it rarely works out. You need ammo and George needs ammo.
Summary: THIS GAME IS NOT LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER RESIDENT EVIL GAMES. (FOR EXAMPLE) RESIDENT EVIL CODE VERONICA OR RESIDENT EVIL 4 ARE GREAT ADVENTURE ROLE PLAYING TYPE GAMES. OUTBREAK HAS MORE SHOOTING THINGS A LOT MORE PROFANITY. THE PROFANITY IS VERY BAD. I LIKE RESIDENT EVIL GAMES AND WANTED TO PLAY ALL THE TITLES. THIS ONE IS GOOD BUT DOES NOT COMPARE TO THE OTHER RESIDENT EVIL GAMES. IT STILL HAS SOME OF THE FINDING OBJECTS (AMMO ETC.
Summary: I have played every game in the Resident Evil series and I was really excited for this game to be released. I was very disappointed upon first playing it. The thought of a Resident Evil game with eight different playable characters and a few who play along side you was a god send...until I put the disc into my playstation 2. The Ugly: One of the truly awful things about this game, are the incredibly long load times.
Summary: Capcom was well known for its lastest survival horror series, Resident Evil. A game filled with moans of the undead and creatures which sure to leave you going bump int he night. Since the release of the Ps1, R.E wa a big hit to all those die hard trigger happy people out there. And due to its great success, Capcom continued to release its numerous amount of R.E games. However some RE games are best if forgotten like Survivor and Dead Aim.
