Summary: Resident Evil outbreak takesplace during the innital Zombie outbreak in Raccoon city. The game starts off in a bar and all hell breaks loose. You are presented with a cast of survivors to choose from each with thier own skills and traits such as lock pick, some characters are better with guns than others meaning they will be terrible shots. A fiew things about this game really got on my nerves such as the horrible voice acting really dumb A.I.
Summary: Resident Evil Outbreak was (to me) Very stupid. I hated it because you can control more than one person. And you can't hold many item. The graphics were ok. The storyline was stupid. I played it for a couple hours, turned it off and never played it again and never will. And I've never played Outbreak File 2 and I never will. I thought Resident Evil Survivor & Dead Aim was better than this.
Summary: very hard to get my head around this game R.E 4 was a knock out I thought this one would be good I was soon disappointed its very cumbersome and you spend more time reading the cheats and walk troughs than you spend with game play I am not real interested in being responsible for teammates it should be everyone for itself. and I dont ever for see playing om line.
Great Graphics, Great Cutscene, HORRIBLE GAMEPLAY!!!

Summary: I played this game for maybe 40 minutes before asking myself, "what's the point?" The game is non responsive, un logical, and completely boring. I will say though, the graphics are AMAZING and the opening cutscene is maybe my favorite cutscene of all time. Anyways, I'm trading this in for a PS2 copy of RE4 today, and I expect most people will want to do the same.
Summary: I actually own 'Resident Evil: Outbreak File #2', but I rented the first Outbreak for over a week, and let me say this Outbreak is by far the most annoying Resident Evil I've played/seen! Gist Of The Game: If you've played all the other Resident Evils out there, then you know what the games are about. If not, here's the scoop: Umbrella Corporation has 'accidentally' released a deadly virus into the air, turning all living/non living into undead, flesh eating creatures!
Summary: This Game Sucked Big Time. Now before you guys start ripping me for saying this on the fly, I'll tell you what's wrong with it. First of all, the game is really slow-paced in comparison to other resident evil games such as Resident evil 1 and 3. Also, if you don't have anybody to play this with, this could be a long boring game. Frankly, not a lot of people have the guts to play Resident Evil Games, so this tag team thing is really a serious issue with this game.
Summary: I'm not a big time reviewer, the only reason I'm writing this to tell you how much this game SUCKS! While being a BIG fan of RE series from the very first one, this one is probably the worst one I've ever played. I've finished all RE series (except Code Veronica), and now when I have RE Outbreak, I just can't force myself to even complete a single scenario... The worst thing IMHO is that you can't carry more that 4 items at the same time...
Summary: Dear Capcom, you are really getting on my nerves. I am really upset with you about RE Outbreak and RE Dead aim. I think you are just getting lazy. I loved resident evil 2, 3, and code veronica, but the latest RE releases have been greatly disapointing. This game has too many problems (ie: download times, no saving options, frustrating problems, and bad characters). Don't buy it, rent it first and then decide.
Summary: I had heard negative things about this game, so luckily I rented it before I bought it. I have played all the Resident Evils, and this is the only one I was not happy with. FYI, I did not play the game online, so my comments are only from a single-player point of view. The vibe of this game just isn't the same. The zombies aren't particularly scary, just rather annoying. I also hate having other people following me around.
