Just annoying at times, which is messed up because the other parts of the game are fun.

Summary: Okay this game can be fun at times(though if tank controls annoy you, then you might not like it) but MAN some of the stuff in this game is annoying. The save system is just...ugh. Old school fans of Resident Evil will probably like it but it just got to the point where it annoyed me.
Summary: Resident Evil Code Veronica X was originally a Dreamcast game and has been ported to the PS2. While not a terrible entry in the series, it never really took off for me. Sure it was fairly long but it still felt incomplete somehow.
Summary: I have always been a fan of the Resident Evil Series, but this one never had my heart pounding for a second. Violence and Gore, Yeah right! I believe this game can use some more bloody effects.
Summary: To those of you who never played the Resident Evil series before, you'd do well in picking this game up. It has plenty of surprises for the lot of you, and plenty of action to keep you entertained. But for the rest of us, we know the score right? Haven't we heard this story all before?
Excerpt: I have played a lot of the Resident Evil games and even though this is now an older game from the PS2 range, I've just bought it. However, I purchased R.E. Code Veronica because I love Resident Evil games and thought it could be a good game to try.
Excerpt: Can be bought used for £5+ on ebay.co.uk Also on the Gamecube and Dreamcast Age rating: 15+ Resident Evil Code: Veronica X was originally a Dreamcast game. The PS2 version is a port of the same game with new cutscenes as an added extra, though it has been noted that the graphics for this game are a...
Pros: Scary, great soundtrack, interesting antagonist .
Cons: Backtracking, having to restart the game/reload a save file if you've run out of ammo/health .
Not a game for gamers who just want to kill zombies!

Summary: After deciding to get back into the series and finally complete the games, i brought code veronica. I have completed 2 and 4, both of which were enjoyable! However, code veronica is perhaps the most ridiculous installment i could imagine.
Code: Veronica X - What ever happened to Claire Redfield?
26 November 2009
Excerpt: The resident evil series our games I hold close to my heart. I remember watching them being played when I was younger and now I'm old enough, or was when I first played this, to not be scared by the games I can appreciate them that little bit more.
Pros: New bosses, longer gameplay, good characters
Excerpt: Code Veronica kicks off with an action packed intro depicting Claire Redfield trying to infiltrate Umbrella Headquarters in Europe. Needless to say, all goes awry and she's soon captured and packed off to a prison on some remote island.
Pros: Advances the Resi story
Cons: Lacklustre graphcis, not as involving as previous entries
Excerpt: It's an undeniably golden idea; you play through a selection of spooky Resident Evil Code: Veronica environments, blasting large holes in the undead in a first-person light gun shoot 'em up. You even get the chance to control your hero's movement via the Dpad or the side buttons on the gun.
Pros: Graphics are sometime okay
Cons: Shoddy controls, feels unfinished, long load times
