Summary: It's better than not having a fishing game, but each level has specific lures/lines/etc. that need to be used to catch the right sized fish, even when in real life a different option on the game would work also.
Summary: Classic fishing fun. Reasonable learning curve at the easiest level (play medium to hard if you need a challenge). One of the few games I bothered to go back and beat with different difficulty settings.
Summary: It is a shame really, Activision really needed to test out this game a bit more before releasing it. Of course this is for PS2 and they also released this on other consoles Wii, PS3, and PC. Menus - I have no complaints it is easy to navigate, but lacks any real tutorial, the guide doesn't help, there aren't any real hints online either. Music - Unimportant in the game, and not very memorable, it can be played without music.
Summary: I've played this game before and it captures the sport of fishing very well. The only draw back to this game is only having lures to fish with. There are no jigs or other techniques to use for catching fish. Other than that this is a fun game and definatly worth checking out.
