  • Excerpt: "...until recently that i discovered Pro evo. As soon as i first played on it i beame hooked i realised that for many years of my life i had been missing out. Pro Evo has amazing gameplay and the best bit has got to be when you make tournemants and play with your friends. For me Fifa is a bit easy, for example you can score with your keeper and score from the half way line. For those people who want a challenge i suggest Pro Evo, ok so it doesn't have ...

  • Excerpt: "The latest in Pro Evo series and not a bad game either just like its predocesors, as I have owned every Pro Evo soccer game in the past (from Iss soccer on SNES to Pro Evo 5) I would rate this one the best so far but it still has room for improvment , BAD POINTS ABOUT PRO EVO 5 for instance while each player has their own sepperate ability to reflect that of the real life player it does not always show on the pitch when you play e.g I had Michael ...

  • Excerpt: "This game is the best football game out by far. Its gameplay is what makes it such a superb game. You can do brilliant skills just by moving the right analogue stick. However, more complex skills are more complex to do. You will need to get use to the basics of the game before trying to do skills and mastering the game. The graphics are above average. The sound is very good, although the commentary can get annoying sometimes. You can choose to play ...

  • Excerpt: "...Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Pro Evolution soccer 5 has to be the best football game for the Playstation 2 at the moment, people argue that FIFA 2006, which is made by EA SPORTS is better because of the licensing of all of the teams in the game. However there is a way to get fully licensed kits and this is by purchasing a Max Drive which are on www.play.com for around £10. Once you have a Max Drive, to get realistic kits you have to download an option ...

Pro Evolution Soccer 5

  • Summary: On Pro Evolution Soccer 4, I won seven successive Master League titles, sometimes going the whole season without losing a single game. I won the treble (League, D1 cup and European Cup) four times and my strikers could score as many as 50 goals a season. So when Pro Evo 5 came out last October and I started a League with Spurs and realised just how much effort it took to simply score a goal (let alone win a match), I was a bit disappointed.

Awesome, it's just like real football.

  • Summary: Many people say that pro evolution 5 is not as good as 4 but i have to disagree. The new touch and gameplay is exactly like real football. A match on pro evolution soccer 5 with your mates is almost like watching a real match, it truly is awesome. The only thing that i really can not stand about the game is the serious lack of cpu A.I. Against human players it is untouchable, but the computer just has no A.I at all once you get past 4 stars.

  • Excerpt: "The PES games are without a doubt the best football games on the PS2. Every year they reached a higher and higher standard. However, with this latest offering i believe they are slightly wide of the mark. Don't get me wrong, i love the games and they are so much better than anything elso out there, but it is the niggling little flaws that started to get on my nerves. Firstly, when trying to win the ball off an opponent 8 times out of 10 you will foul ...

Pro Evolution Soccer 5 (PS2)

  • Excerpt: "...the release of a new Pro Evolution Soccer game. Only a few screenshots have so far been seen of the game, but it looks astonishing even by PSP standards, with highly realistic graphics that almost look better than the PS2 version. A wireless multiplayer is already guaranteed (although for how many people is still unclear), which together with the reliability of the Pro Evolution Soccer name is almost all committed fans will need to know. The game ...
