Summary: This is, simply, one of the greatest rythem games ever. The controls are tight and responsive, as they should be, and the odd but funny story will please everyone. The only problem with this game, however, is the length.
Summary: The game is fun, music is groovy. It's a bit short though, you'll play through it in less than 5 hours. Still, it's a good game and it has some replay value due to the point system and cool mode. I'd say its a good party game and if you'd like to play in short sessions.
Excerpt: Could anything be cooler than a rapping dog who learned kung-fu from an onion freestyling with an ant in the living room, after being zapped to bug-size by a malfunctioning TV remote? What if he was drawn in cardboard cut-out style graphics?
Pros: Colourful graphics, good songs
Cons: Lack of any real gameplay, game is just too short
Excerpt: Our Hip Hop loving puppy PaRappa has recently won a lifetime supply of noodles but had become tired of eating them. When PaRappa's dream girl, Sunny Funny serves noodles for their dinner together PaRappa has an outburst, leaving Sunny Funny to doubt his maturity.

Pros: Smooth animation, likeable songs, simple to play
Cons: Edge is lost in visual style, dubious judging, lack of replay value
Summary: Parappa the rapper is the grandaddy of music games. If this wasn't made there would be no dancing stage or MTV music generator and Parappa's still a lot more fun to play than the others. The story is insane.
Summary: AS THE TITLE OF THIS REVIEW SAYS,THIS GAME IS FUN BUT HARD. I HAVE MADE IT TO STAGE 8, AND IT'S INPOSSIBLE TO BEAT,EVEN WITH THE GAME SET TO ''EASY MODE''(!!!). BESIDES THAT, IT'S A GOOD GAME WITH SONGS YOU CAN'T GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD.
