Summary: i L O V E video games, and really wish that more of them got me as excited as the ads for the games seem too. This game had its moments, and it was the first game I played on PS2 (came with the system where I got mine). I was blown away initially- especially with the opening movie etc...
Summary: I bought this game in the wake of strong magazine reviews, but am sorry to say that I wish I hadn't. Despite being a survival horror game, you are unlikely ever to feel particularly scared, or even think "euuggh". Part of the problem is that the invading demon hordes are really far too easy to beat.
Summary: This game has frustrating puzzles, and the gameplay is exactly like Devil May Cry, it's not funny. The story is so cliched, too. SAVE THE PRINCESS! Also, it's not realistic. The 1st boss is so stupid, a 3-year old could've made him. Only good thing is the graphics, but that's it.
Summary: I bought this game after playing Grand Theft Auto 3 to death, being suitably stunned by its fluid graphics and massive area to explore. What a let down this was. All you can do is hack and slash (with one attack move) and progress along a pre-ordained path.
Summary: Another over rated PS2 Game which doesn't deliver anything new or original. Graphics are on par with 1997 PC games, sound is annoying. The controls are pretty lame and I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone.
Summary: Onimusha Warlords did not impress me in the slightest. I am a massive fan of the survival horror genre and this just didn`t cut the cheese for me. The visuals are stunning mind you, but then again this is a PS2 game, the visuals should be stunning.
Summary: Sorry Capcom. I loved all the Resident Evil titles and the thought of that type of gameplay with the PS2 processing power and a big sword convinced me to go out and buy it. What a mistake. A definate try before you buy.
