Substandard gaming...

  • Summary: This Bond-wannabe game goes through the motions of a standard action game, but leaves nothing out of the ordinary. The graphics are dated, the story is used and the gameplay just isn't all that interesting. This is a dud in the action gaming world. Don't spend your money on this one.

Below par

  • Summary: This may have been a good PC game, but it's a shoddy port. The controller setup gives you a choice of 4 predefined configs with no option to change button assignments, I find this unforgivable. To add insult there's no support for southpaws making the game a waste of hard earned cash from the start for me. The gfx are quake style - chunky and with no lighting effects. The locations are varied but in some places quite messy.

No H.A.R.M. In Trying

  • Excerpt: Stop the terrorist organization H.A.R.M. as sexy secret agent super-spy Cate Archer in this sixties styled first-person shooter! THUMBS-UP The dialogue can be long winded at times, but it's wonderfully written, and is served well by the voice-acting. In the missions you might find yourself stopping to eavesdrop in on a conversation between guards - cool!
  • Pros: Decent weapons and gadgets, groovy theme tune, good game length
  • Cons: Graphics poor in places, long loading times

Fun - but ever so tedious

"essexdavemassive", Amazon
17 September 2002
  • Summary: Not a bad concept, but fails to deliver. The graphics are not up to the standard of your normal PS2 release, and gameplay is very linear. However, the most infuriating thing must be not being able to save at certain stages as you go along. There is nothing more infuriating than knocking off a multitude of enemies, performing numerous actions, then getting killed towards the end of a mission ..... AND THEN HAVE TO GO BACK AND DO IT ALL AGAIN !!!!

Auf PC tausendmal besser !!!

Trainer, Amazon
23 June 2005
