Summary: This game was one of my favourite PS2 games. The quest is DEFINITELY engaging. You travel through diverse areas, once you reach the end of the difficult and puzzle-filled land you encounter a boss. No two bosses fight alike. During the boss fights you must exploit the environment around you to defeat the boss (get their sword stuck in the chandelier when they swing, use the pillars to evade the explosions, etc). The lands are very interesting.
Summary: Always a big Neopets fan, I got this game for christmas in 2005 and even eight years later, through Elder Scrolls and Mass Effects and a healthy WoW addiction, not to mention a few internships in Game Writing, it holds up not only as something fun and nostalgic for Neopets fans, but a well-built and entertaining game that could easily have been a PS2 classic.
Summary: I love the game. I bought it for a good price, it was in perfect condition, and it arrived about 3 days after I ordered it. I love the story, the characters, everything. Tormund (Lupe) and Roberta (Acara) are so adorable! I would recommend this game for any Neopets lover. Not only do you get to explore parts of Neopia you just don't see on the site, but there's a lot of backstory on older characters you hear about on the site (like Jerdana, the faeries, and King...
Summary: I loved this when i was a kid and eventually sold it at a garage sale...after playing fable and other similar RPGs i realized that this game was just the same just a little older and more "Disney," if you may. now i'm a college art student and have fallen in love with the game once more and can still find myself challenged and having fun. buy and enjoy, it stands the test of time.
Summary: This game is great for casual to intermediate gamers, though I'm sure ANY fan of neopets would enjoy the beautiful landscape, simple operations, and dazzlingly intricate story lines that parallel that of neopets.com. I had this game when it first came out (I even had the first ad I found of it, carefully and lovingly stored in my room) and LOVED it, though at times it could become tiresome or repetitive, especially on the farm with the Lupe at the beginning.
Summary: Neopets The Darkest Faerie is a REALLY fun game. I love This game because the world is HUGE, the graphics are good, and you get to play as a knight or sorceress! The Antagonist is actually kinda scary, and the storyline is well written. I wouldn't recommend this game for anyone under the age of 8 do to fantasy violence, death, and scary enemies. This game is truly amazing and it's reasonably difficult. It was hard for me to beat Some parts, but some were sooo easy!
