Summary: Upon hearing the name alone, one might think that SNK's "Neo Geo Battle Coliseum" is another anthology title of some sort. Not so, however...this is a 2D fighting game SNK released in Japan around 2005-2006 that pits characters from across all of their franchises against each other. Among the usual suspects (Terry, Ryo, Mai, Haohmaru), there's also a few surprise characters too, like Kisarah from "Kizuna Encounter".
Summary: i have played this game for a while and i can tell you that it is fun. NGB (neo geo battlecoliseum) is different than others kofs and has original and new special moves. If you are a SNK playmore Fan,this is a game to play with yer friends and show whos the real king of fighter.
Summary: I like the fact that SNK continues to come out with wonderful games to keep their fans interested. This game has great re-playability and lots of characters that I hoped would be playable from the SNK franchise. If you love fighters then you'll love Neo Geo Battle Coliseum.
Summary: Neo Geo Battle Coliseum is a dream match from SNK-Playmore; it combines all of their major games into one. Namely Fatal Fury(including Mark of the Wolves), King of Fighters, Samurai Showdown, Last Blade 2!, the not too well known World Heroes, and even Metal Slug, there are also 2 original characters: Yuki and Ai, pictured on the cover. Needless to say there are a ton of characters, but is the game engine up to par?
Summary: This game first caught my eye the first time I'd seen it (in early 2006, I was watching G4's "Cinematech" show & they had a couple of clips from this game; it was the japanese PS2 version). Now that I owned it, I will say this, SNK Playmore did a good job on this game esp. if you compare this to Capcom Fighting Evolution.
Summary: SNK Playmore continues their line of solid, classic 2-D fighters for the PS2 with NeoGeo Battle Coliseum, which is by far the flashiest, and perhaps the most fun, of the bunch yet. NeoGeo Battle Coliseum features a horde of fighters from various SNK games: Fatal Fury, King of Fighters, Samurai Showdown, Last Blade, and even Metal Slug among others can be found here. What really makes NeoGeo Battle Coliseum so fun is that it is surprisingly easy to pick up and play.
