Summary: This game is very uninteresting. It isn't fast arcade-fun game or realistic simulator driving game. Graphics are from PS2 era, loading times are bad, also there are nothing new in this game. It is also very repetetiave after a few races. Not worth a buy!!
Summary: I bought this game back in 2008 and i regretted purchasing it so badly. This has to be one of the worst Need For Speed games ever created. Ever since the New Generation Consoles came out back in 2005 and 2006, the Need For Speed Franchise has gone down hill really fast.
Summary: this was a need for speed game? Really? WOW! this game sucked i was so excited to know that a new need for speed is coming out just in time of my birthday! i got it for my birthday and i played it and thought "Wow this game is nothing compared to what they said!
Summary: Once again, EA proves that some things never change. Case in point, Need for Speed: Prostreet, which continues the series' long running tradition of street racing. This time around, things actually do get changed up a bit, at least it seems that way at first anyway.
Summary: Played all the nfs right from the very begining pc versions and through the psp and other larger consoles, this is the worst by far...very dissapointing game, no real sound quality just annoying comentry...graphics are ok but too unrealistic....
Summary: How on earth can anyone like this drastic change. NFS was one of a kind with blur vision, police chases and a great fast paced arcade feel. I really think EA in general this year has been shocking, apart from skate which I have not seen, I really think they have gone backwards.
Summary: Need For Speed: Pro Street is just an overall dissapointing game. The graphics are pathetic, they look like graphics from a PS1. There is also no free roam in this game. Wish I would have never bought it and just stuck with Need For Speed Underground 2, it's much much better!
Excerpt: ***this review first appeared on dooyoo.co.uk*** What happened to Need for Speed. This game definetly isn't like any others, Pro Street is the equivalent of Gran Turismo 4 made awful. In other words, there is no free roaming, the tracks are limited and the gameplay is very hard to get to grips with.
Pros: graphics sound multiplayer car choice
Cons: gets boring quickly - truly awful gameplay - no free roam what so ever -

Summary: been playing need for speed prostreet for a night and a bit and i already want to send it back! the whole need for speed franchise (or at least recent games) was about street racing, not racing around tracks while some annoying commentor shouts incomprehensibly at you.
