Gameplay Good; Everything else just stinks

  • Summary: I had heard the bad news about this game, so I put off buying it until the beginning of March 2004, when real March Madness made me crave some college hoops action, not to mention my Alabama Crimson Tide coming alive late in the year. So, I swallowed hard and plunked down my $50. The good news is the actual playing of a basketball game is pretty entertaining and well done. The graphics are good, and the different kinds of moves you can make give it a lot of depth.

Not EA's best work

  • Summary: I had gone out and rented this game about a week ago and man I'm glad that's all I did. This game has so many flaws and faults that I don't even know how to write this game off. I gave it two stars instead of one because of the graphics and overall fun of playing a game. But the truth is, the announcers seem to be realistic as they come because they have no idea what's going on.

Slow, flawed, but still enjoyable.

  • Summary: First of all, EA must be the only entity out there that thinks Charleston Southern University is a member of the Mountain West COnference. Imagine my surprise playing as UNLV and competing against BYU, Utah, New Mexico, Charleston Southern, Air Force, oh wait! What is Charleston doing in the MWC? Gameplay is fun and fully customizable. But loading times are slow, and file saving times are even slower!

  • Summary: This game is awsome!!!! Im a huge duke fan and i love being able to take it to NCU in camrin indoor stadium on coach k court. IT is great to be able to come down and do sick cross over with duhn or hit the trifecta with redick. THIS GAME TOTALY ROCKS AND I WOULD RCOMEND IT FOR ANY COLLEGE HOOPS FAN OF ANY AGE. Also it knocks the socks of ESPN College hoops. Trust me i have it and it sucks. The camra sucks and they miss wide open layups and colse shots all the time.

  • Summary: I had such high expectations for this game. After playing NCAA Football 2004, I highly anticipated purchasing this game. However after I had, I was not pleased. The rosters are not updated for the 2003-04 season. Many 2 or 3 year players were left off the rosters. The player editing is slow and tedious because you have to go back to the previous screen before selecting another player to edit.
