Summary: NCAA 2005 is a fun game for anyone interested in the game of football..You can tell that a lot of blood, sweat and tears went into the creation of this game. The graphics are incredible and the instant replay is a feature you definitely need to check out! It's amazing! When your team scores on a "Hail Mary" passing play..it's sheer joy!!
Summary: I'm coming clean. For years my wife and I attempted to take the stance that Video Games were not going to enter our house. Then we relented. Now I know why we originally held such a negative view on video games. NCAA 2005 Football is bloody addictive. Understand, I am not a "gamer" by any stretch of the imagination. I am still learning all the ins and outs of controls and how to throughouly manipulate this game.
Summary: I love this game. There are no faults in this game. It is an competive game which is not too easy. The graphics are good, the sound is good, the game play is good. NFL football stands no chance against this game. College Football is better because you can play the school your proud of and make them a dynasty.
Summary: This game makes you feel like you are actually in the stadium. The fans go crazy over the simpliest things. The new stadium pulse allows even the lowest underdog to have a real shot. The best thing about this game compared to the 2004 version is that it is harder. It makes you really play football and not just throw the ball down field every play.
Summary: just thought i'd throw in my 2 cents..... first off, this if definitely the best football game out there. PERIOD! i own all the NCAA College Football games, back to '99, and this one if my favorite. if you're a fan of the dynasty, and create your own teams like i do, the gameplay simply rocks! i recently quit my created team and moved over to coach Troy State. after a couple of seasons, i won the national championship. the best part is i got an invite to join the SEC!
Summary: I've been a huge college football fan ever since I graduated from high school. That's also when started play EAs NCAA Football series. And they've sure come a long way since 1998! I know a lot of guys have been disappointed this year (Ace Trips - very disappointing), but you've got to give credit where credit is due. You just can't find a college football game of this calibre anywhere. Did 989 Sports even try this year?
Summary: OK... I was reading some of the other reviews here and I have to disagree with most of the griping. One of the nice things about this game is that the problems are fixable. Those people who say they cannot pass or run or catch the ball haven't figured out what they're doing yet. It's true that receivers drop the ball an inordinate percentage of the time, even when they are wide open.
Summary: Down! Set! Hike! It's 4th down and a yard to go. It is in the 4th quarter of the national championship. You are down by three on the thirty-yard line with a minute to go. What would you do? Go for the tie or go for the big play. You choose or you lose. First off this game has the best graphics. The faces of players are realistic. The uniforms match the color scheme of their team. You can create a player and choose from twenty-four different faces.

Summary: NCAA 2005 is a great game! Certainly the best in this line, which happens to be my favorite football game. The latest version includes some new features including home field advantage (you can pump up the crowd and the joy stick will rumble), a new matchup stick which allows you to see the composure of your players, and "big hit" which is also cool. First, the updated features. This year Dynasty mode is deeper than ever.
