Summary: This is the funnest college football game ive ever played. Im more of a madden kinda guy but i find that i cant stop playin it to this day. If you still have a ps2 go out and buy this game if your a sports fan.
Summary: I haven't remembered enjoying a football game as much as i did this one. It's the only version without annoying band music on it! 06 had the first career mode starting at high school on it. The first day I got 2007, my friend asked me to put this game back in instead for better qb scrambling and throwing. The ps3 versions of this game remind me that it wasn't the same as when this one came out.
Summary: I love the "Dynasty" mode of this game. Call me "Old School" if you like, but where else can someone take the Rice Owls to the Nat'l Championship in 3 seasons? V. Youn is unstoppable in this game, just like he was in the Nat'l Championship!
Summary: I got the game for my birthday and I was blown away by the improvements made from the 05' edition like the Heisman mode best thing ever and the dynasty mode has improved for its old 60% to a 97% that's cool.Oh yeah did I metion the graphics are out of this world and the impact players are cool too like for instance Laurence Marouney(former RB of Minnesota now for the pats yeah!
Summary: i just want to cover one thing, and thats when you bring your guy from Race for Heisman to Madden '06... like previously mentioned it dont matter what you do, have fun getting a first round pick. Second, on Madden when that guy creates the website for you, half the time your college stats are wrong when brought up... and on elast thing that was really stupid, was in the Race for Heisman, i was a white MLB, then i exported to Madden and i turned black.
Summary: The updated '06 version of the popular EA Sports NCAA Football series is a little better than the 2005 version. With new additions like Race for the Heisman, Spring Drills, and a new addition to the D1-AA team line-up. Plus, computerized versions of ESPN College Football announcers Brad Nessler, Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso. NCAA Football 2006 is the most coolest college football video game to date. And for a steep price, it will be worth it.
Summary: I'm obsessed with playing this game online, but you have to watch out for tons of cheaters online. The biggest BS play on the game is the unrealistic HB direct which gurantees you at least 15 yards. The only way to stop it is by sending a heavy outside blitz every play, and believe me there are knuckle heads that do it every play online.
Summary: I purchased this game two days after it was realeased, and I wasn't disapointed. This version is much improved over the 2005 version, and here's why. Game Modes: Race for the Heisman: This is probably the best improvement in the entire game. You start off as a high school player trying to show off to the scouts. After picking a position, you go through drills. Depending on how well you do in those drills, you will then recieve scholarships from three schools.
