Summary: The game is not that bad. I mean it's not perfect and it does have it's flaws. It's missing alot of the small details, that the other EA sports games have. I mean not to be picky but where are the refs? Where are the coaches? I hear the coaches talking but you don't see them on the bench.
Summary: This game is going to take a lot of heat, because it doesn't quite reach the level set by Madden 2001. Madden is a tremendous game, easily the best football game created. It seems that NBA Live might have been rushed a little to get it out before the season is over.
Summary: NBA LIVE 2001 FOR THE PS2 IS VERY DISAPPIONTING. THE PERFECT GAME WOULD BE A HYBRID OF SEGA'S NBA 2K1 AND EA'S LIVE 2001. WHILE LIVE HAS THE FRANCHISE REPUTATION, IT'S NEW HYPED-UP RELEASE FOR THE PS2 DOESN'T FULFILL THE TRUE NBA GAMING EXPERIENCE. WHY?
Summary: Ok, I picked up live 2001 the day it was released and I had already read some luke warm reviews on the title so my expections were somewhat lowered as a result. I am a huge fan of the series and I have played the previous titles more then I care to admit.
Summary: The best thing that I can reveal about this game is the releastic images and gameplay that it has to offer. There are various arenas to shoot hoops, and the traditional courts. This is a good buy for any sport lover as it will keep you occupied for hours.
