Summary: That's Right kiddies, You take command of a Naval vessel and do cannon shell Hell on other Naval vessels. Target, Sink, and claim the wreckage Plunder as you battle through World War 2 era Navy Mission, that appear to be like the real Naval Battles... huh... it seems so strange.... as though you slipped into another universe..... Well, Don't just sit there, man your position, train the guns, and buy Naval ops!
Summary: This game is a must have if you love battles on the high seas. I WILL NOT SELL MY COPY OF THIS GAME FOR ANY PRICE!!!! The BOSS fights are off the scale! Especially the final battle. You are dwarfed by their speed, fire power and size. Sound quality is great. You get the feeling of power when you build your own ship from scratch! The futuristic weapons are fantastic as well. There is this WAVE GUN that simply obliterates entire fleets at one shot!!!! Also.
Summary: I found this game very addictive considering the 2-hull battle ship, did I mention you can build to the specs of your bosses such as the drill ship and other bosses which is fun cause you can kick your enemys [bottom] in seconds considering the second round on the game is harder than the first round this game is awsome!!!
Summary: After playing this game almost non-stop, I have deduced that you must give your spouse at least a little of your time.Warship Gunner is by far the most addictive game that I have ever played. In the beginning you will start off with a measley sub-class destroyer and by games end, control a dual hulled battle ship with god like fire power. The best part is of course the construction of each ship that YOU build, painstaking design is required.
Summary: Naval Ops: Warship Gunner is a very unique game. Outside of the series I am not aware of any other games like it. While the storyline is rather generic and not very well explained, it serves its purpose and is at least better than just stringing together seemingly random missions. The missions themselves are pretty diverse for something which is basically "Make the bad people go away" and the supership "Boss" missions are a fun challenge, if a little frustrating towards...
Summary: This is one of the best games released on any platform in it's day, and still has excellent replay value, for me, even in 2012 (especially when you consider the price you can get it for). The graphics are excellent for the time, and still very playable even on a modern large screen TV. Close-up details when ship building and in theater are very good, far off scenery and land are adequate, but not brilliant.
Summary: If one has a liking for warships and/or scifi this is a very nice title. It isnt a simulator but a rather more action oriented title with you directly controlling all armaments on the boat and taking aim on enemy ships while unloading salvos of cannon shells and torpedos. and its qutie easy to configure your own ship setup with choosing hulls, engines and armaments.
