Summary: Not the greatest NASCAR game no. But the graphics where much improved over the previous games BUT the game play, not so much. Still it's a descent game, first NASCAR game to let you race Modifieds, Trucks, Busch, and Cup.
Summary: Had the game for almost 10 years before it quit Playing found this one brand new online . In my opinon and this is coming from someone who has played every NASCAR game there is since 1998 this is the best NASCAR game ever made period
Summary: SERIES- Modifieds: The best thing about this game, wish they'd include some dirt tracks for modifieds Trucks: Trucks are fun, just wish they'd include a few more truck only tracks(Myrtle Beach)instead of driving on so many fantasy tracks Busch Series: Nascar JR You race in cars that are pretty much identical to Cup cars, except they have less powerful engines.Still again a few more Busch only tracks should have been included instead of fantasy tracks.
Summary: I bought this game last year and absolutely fell in love with it! it is the coolest racing game I have ever played. I absolutely loved the Chase for the Cup series and the Intimidator feature is really cool! I would highly recommend this game over any other racing game including Nascar 2006 and Nascar 2007.

Summary: Before you dismiss my review, hear me out. I loved the idea of starting from the Modifieds and working your way up to the cup. A number of the features added are pretty cool: autograph sessions, the building of your fan base, money earned from merchandise sales, etc. However, the actual game play sucks. 1. First off, you're unable to change your career settings once you've began.
Summary: Once again EA sports has succeeded in creating a great arcade game. You plug in your money, you beat it with minimal effort, you walk away and never touch it again. There is almost no replay value. "Season" and "Chase for the Cup" modes are pointless because that's what you do in acareer mode. I like the lightning chanalges, but i'm such a car tuner, that i hate driving the defalt set-ups.
EA Sports: If it's in the game, it might be in the game.

Summary: As a NASCAR fan and serious PS2 junkie, I figured this game had to be awesome. EA Sports generally cranks out some top-notch stuff, and NASCAR Thunder 2004 was, while not tip-top, a pretty good game in itself. And again, here I find myself in front of the computer, firing out a review of something that has greatly disappointed me. First off, Chase for the Cup does have some good points.
Summary: I am not even a NASCAR fan, but more of a casual observer. This game rocks! I use a steering wheel controller and it is challenging as well as thrilling. You can really get lost in the game. Wicked effects, awesome graphics, really detailed tracks and cars. Again, I love it. Unfortunately for the game, I EXPECT this level of excellence from EA as I have purchased their products from the days of the Commodore 64; they have always been head and shoulders above the rest...
Summary: good game . I love to watch the driver fight . you can make the other drive hate you . they will get you back if u hit them . some of them will really mad and want to race to see who the better driver is. . if u win you get the car that drive want to give u .
