Summary: This game had alot of flaws(the less than perfect fielding, and the lack of a fantasy draft), but it's by far the best baseball game out there. The pitching interface and control is completely original and is the best I have come upon in any baseball game.
Summary: I didn't think this game would be any good at all after playing the old triple play from ea sports, but I was wrong. It is great. It has a good sound track (like all the other ea games), good grahpics, and controls you can get used to. The total pitch control and Full swing control are nice.
Summary: There have been many changes from EA Sports. The group switched its Triple Play series into an MVP Baseball series (which I found out in a cold night at Gamestop in 2002). Instead of pushing a button just to pitch, you have to time your release.
Summary: THis game is awesome it is much better than triple Play, You have to have good timing to get the pitch meter to throw strikes it is harder than the previous series (Triple Play). It is chalenging to hit the pitches, not to easy but not too hard.
Summary: MVP 2003 is a great step foward from Triple Play. As someone who played Triple Play sparingly becaue I just didn't like it, I am finding myself already hooked on MVP. There's a lot of customizable features that make this game a fun one to play. Franchise mode is quite in depth and quite fun to play.
Summary: everyone knows the story, for years ea has been the leader in video game sports but as years go on there starting to fall apart, there never really was a problem with madden but every other game was kind of a let down.
Summary: I will mention from the start that this is the only baseball game I have ever owned for the PS2...which is the only reason I've given it 4 stars. With that said, this is best baseball game I have played in a looong time.
Summary: ok lets get started well first off let me say i have high heat mlb and allstar 2004 but this is the best baseball game on ps2 the franchise mode is fun i haven't finished a season yet and 3 players on my team already have over 60 homeruns and its still june on the game so they will probably finish...
Summary: I really like baseball but I also like football. I would really like an opportunity to buy ESPN or Madden 2004 for under $30.00. Also I would like you to give me ideas for me to tell my parents for gifts.
