Summary: This game is GREAT fun if you're any sort of race-game enthusiast. We ride motorcycles and got this immediately to see how well it did. We were extremely impressed. You start out naming your character, giving it a nationality, and choosing your helmet. There are a variety of ways to play - time trials, tournament play, challenges, arcade style, or 'realistic'.
Summary: Wow. Great graphics. Great action. There's a steep learning curve though which some people may not like, but I LIKE my games to be challenging. There's a great bike selection and lots of hidden things to unlock. The replays are spectacular, it could easily be mistaken for a real race on TV. Great fun.
Summary: If you are a motorcycle enthusiast, this game is for you. It is by far the most realistic moto roadracing game on developed thus far. The graphics are incredible! Wait til you watch the replay of your just completed race...it's so realistic it's scary. For those that are GP Racing fans...it doesn't get any better than this.
Summary: if you love those simulator cycle games, then you will love this game! it is a lot of fun. i enjoyed it a lot. the tracks are great, the graphics are perfect, music is good. on all around good rep. of the real thing!
Summary: This game is awesome ,it takes some practice but once you master the bike you can rock-n-roll , best part is no announcer with annoying comments ,I highly recommend this one its a blast and well worth the bucks,,,,
Summary: I am a teenager who is not really into racing games, until I played this. At first, I thought this game was very hard, until I got used to the controls, which only took like 2 races. I am amazed by the graphics. The instant replay is to die for. This game is very fun, and is a good game to rent or buy.
Summary: I needed a racing fix for PS2, and this game seemed to fit the bill more than any other currently available. As mentioned in the other reviews, this is much more of a "sim" racing game than an arcade style. As a die-hard fan of Gran Turismo, this is exactly what I was looking for, as I don't much care for arcade-style racing. The graphics on this game are some of the best. Some slight "jaggies", but not any worse than any other PS2 game. The replays...
Summary: This game is very fun. It is a little hard to get used to controlling the bikes, but once you get the hang of it, it is quite easy. You can learn how to play the game in an hour or two, but it will take you a lot longer to master the game. There are many real bikes/riders like Kenny Roberts on the Suzuki RGV, or Mick Doohan on the Honda NSR500. There are also five real tracks like the Donnington Circuit and the Suzuka Circuit.
Summary: Oh my, they just don't get any better than this! Get out of those tired old F1/Rally/Gran Turismo cars and get zipping along with the Repsol Honda instead! I'm still a novice at this malarky but the difficulty level hasn't put me off one iota. This game has zippy challenges to keep you on your toes, time-trials to encourage you to "Floor it" and 'Seasons' to prove that it was worth all the effort!
Summary: I do not actually own a Playstation 2 console as yet. but after playing Moto GP on a friend's machine I was totally sucked in, the gameplay is excellent and the graphics are so, so smooth. The part of the game that convinced me to buy a Playstation 2 is the post race replays, they are breathtaking, it's like watching actual tv highlights, Superb!!! Go buy this game now, You will not regret it.
