Great Sequel to a Great Game!!

Fabian B., Amazon
14 March 2014
  • Summary: Maximo vs. Army of Zin is a prime example of how a sequel should be done. When I played the Ghosts to Glory demo from a PS magazine and then finally rented the game and played it, I was very surprised when I was in GameCrazy and saw this game on the shelf (quite a few years ago) the game is a major upgrade to the first title in all aspects of gameplay, graphics, camera (especially the camera!) and power ups!

Fantastic game!

Tim B., Amazon
27 August 2012
  • Summary: This game greatly exceeded my expectations! The graphics, while not jaw-dropping, were still very nice. More importantly, the gameplay was just superb - heavy on the action with fun combo moves and a bit of exploration to find all the hidden goodies. I have read several reviews on various websites that spoke of the high level of difficulty (which scared me away from getting this game until recently), but I found the difficulty to be absolutely perfect - challenging...

Wilfredo Salazar, Amazon
24 December 2008
  • Summary: Nephews and I had Maximo "Ghost to Glory", but was lost. We enjoyed the challenging levels, bosses and very nice touch to the graphics, so I checked Amazon and found the first Maximo and happily discovered the Second in the series- Maximo vs. "Army of Zin" I was thrilled to see it for sale by one Amazon vendor and purchased it as well.

'' LOTS OF FUN '' ! !

R. JANKOWSKI "HORROR FAN", Amazon
28 December 2004
  • Summary: I WAS A BIG FAN OF THE FIRST MAXIMO GAME CALLED '' GHOSTS TO GLORY '' BUT THERE WERE DRAWBACKS TO IT. MAINLY THE EASE AT WHICH YOU CAN PLUMMET TO YOUR DEATH ..BUT THIS FOLLOW UP IS A VAST IMPROVEMENT OVER THE FIRST GAME .NO MORE FALLING TO YOUR DEATH, AND MORE TO KEEP YOU INTERESTED.. ALL THE BOSSES ARE FUN TO FIGHT , AND NOT ALL THAT HARD EITHER.YOUR ENEMIES ARE ROBOTS MADE FOR AN EVIL RULER CALLED '' ZIN '', AND EVEN KING ACHILLES MAKES AN APPEARANCE AS A BOSS TO FIGHT...

As difficult as it is addictive

J. Roth, Amazon
10 February 2004
  • Summary: This game is the great grandson of the old "Ghosts & Goblins" series. It's has more old-school combat action than your typical platformer. Some may find this game difficult or repetitive. Not me. I enjoy this game because of the challenge. In general, it has great graphics and smooth gameplay.
