Maximo: Ghosts To Glory, old-school fun with PS2 graphics
16 January 2015
Summary: Maximo, as you will always call it and never use the subtitle, is somewhat of an anachronism in that it unofficially belongs to the Ghouls and Ghosts franchise. This game provides old-school arcade-like action, with PS2-grade 3D graphics and environments. You are tasked with many challenging levels, creative boss fights, and humorous enemy antics. Maximo never takes it self too seriously, but provides a decent challenge.
Summary: Livraison rapide (fast shipping) , en excellente condition (excellent condition). le seul problème étais qu'il étais mal emballé. J'avais peur que la boite du jeu sois endomagé,Mais la boite étais intact ( the only problem were that were poorly packaged.

Summary: Brings together Gouls n Ghosts with elements of Wonder Boy in Mosterland and Rastan rolled up in a new 3D skilled hack n slash. The only good game I've really found on the PS2 and has became my favourite of all time - even better than shinobi. Must buy game. Plus V2 Out in Feb 2004.
Summary: "Maximo" for the Sony PlayStation2 is a very fun, addictive, and strategic video game. The graphics are spectacular! And the fighting moves the character who you play as are way cool! I highly recommend that you buy this video game. It is one of the best PlayStation2 games ever!!!
Summary: FOR A LONG TIME , I WAS WONDERING WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO DO A COOL GAME WHERE YOU PLAY AS A KNIGHT . SO NOW HERE COMES '' MAXIMO ''-AND IT IS VERY COOL AND HARD AT THE SAME TIME .LOOK OUT FOR THAT LEDGE !! OR DOWN YOU FALL INTO OBLIVEON AND DEATH !!BUT YOU GET COOL WEAPONS , AND CAN LOCK IN 4 ABILITIES OF YOUR CHOICE ..WHICH YOU KEEP EVEN IF YOU DIE , BUT YOUR LIFE BAR IS AT HALF- AND PLUS YOU LOST ALL THE OTHER ABILITIES YOU PICKED UP AFTER SAVING YOUR GAME .
Summary: This update of the old maximo game was a blast, the degree of difficulty was challenging, but not impossible, the graphics were good, sword and shield upgrades throughout the game help as the game becomes progressively more difficult and for me, the replay value (to get 100% in each level) added to the addictiveness of the game, after you get 100% on all levels you unlock one more level. I really enjoyed it and was kind of sad when it was over!
Summary: This is my all-time favorite video game! Maximo is so cool and the game is awesome! When I first rented it, I thought it was so cool, and I wanted to get it, but the box from the place I rented it from made it seem like it only had 5 levels! Am I gonna risk $30-$50 for a game that could turn out to be VERY SHORT? Of course I am! I bought it and there is five WORLDS, each with multiple levels in each one. Each world has a different theme, Graveyard, Swamp, Um, IceWorld?

Summary: Maximo is a great game, but like any game, has its flaws. Yeah, it's a little hard to save, and you even have to pay for it each time, but you can make it work for you in the long run. Here's a few pointers that may help you get started: 1) Make that very first level your stock up zone. Learn all the tricks, practice your new abilities, and keep stocking up on lives, gold, armor and death coins in familiar territory. They'll only help you in the long run.
Summary: Capcom has done an excellent job with Maximo: G to G. Not only is it filled with classic arcade stlye action and versatility, but it has role playing value as well. The music is way over the top. It's a wonderful collection of moving bits that fit the environments Maximo finds himself in. The game combines serious fighting and less serious antics as well. I'm only half-way through the game and unable to get past one of the bosses.
