The Marvel hero Thor is named after the Nordic god of the same name. While the two share most of the same details, The Nordic Thor is immortal and bears red hair while Marvel’s Thor is blonde and corporeal. Read more

If you're a fan of the X-Men Legends games that have appeared over the last few years you'll know what to expect from Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, but you'll probably still be surprised at how polished and lengthy the game is. Xbox 360 Achievement points are handled well too, rewarding players who put time and effort into the game, and a number of unlockables (including a hard mode that lets you import your beefed up team) are well worth playing for. Marvel fans shouldn't... Read more

From a gamer who has played X-Men legends and X-men legends 2, when I first put this game in my console I was uninspired at best. After playing the first couple levels I was hooked. This game has so many different aspects that keep the game interesting. For example: 1)You cannot play the hard setting until you complete normal 2) A vast array of characters with different moves 3) Pickups along the way which allow you to unlock characters 4) The achievements make the game... Ultimate Alliance is an excellent action game. You have a huge selection of Marvel characters to choose from. In each mission, you pick a group of characters and each one has unique strength and skills. You can switch characters to take advantage of their unique strengths during the game. You can also co-op with a second player. The graphics is great. The gameplay can be a little bit repetitive at time since there is no ends to the perpetual waves of enemies. Ultimate... Read more

Marvel Ultimate Alliance: Well as a comic fan I have to admit I loved this game the opening sequence had me punching the air (not really), There are multiply heroes to play with throughout the game even some cult heroes make and appearance along with some relative unknown bad guys. As a fan I loved the story but as a gamer found the game play boring, it was the same thing over and over again. But due to the story I found it very addictive, I loved at the end how your...
