Summary: Too bad u cant use any negative numbers for the ratings. Not only the lasting appeal and gameplay are horrible, but the sounds are like it belongs to the super nintendo of 1994. I rather see paint dry than play this game! Do not buy this game, even if it cost 50 cents, buy some bubblegum instead! GET IT FOR PS3!!!
Summary: I bought this not knowing the differences between PS3 and PS2. Be warned, this game has worse graphics than #1, worse gameplay than #1, worse character selection than #1, and insanely difficult puzzles. Now I am a forgiving gamer and could forgive the first 3 problems. The 4th however was evil. After Absorbing Man Boss you find 4 nodes in width 4 nodes in length 16 in all.
Summary: I really enjoyed playing the predecessor game, Marvel Ultimate Alliance for the PS2, much more. This sequel is not a very good follow-up, as it does not retain the crisp gameplay of the first version. The visuals do not flow very smoothly and the wait in between sequences is unacceptably long. Furthermore, there is a glitch early in the game, whereby reloading is required to proceed as the sub-chapter for the New York streets literally runs into dead ends.
Summary: I really don't get why a lot of people didn't like this game. It was almost as good as the first the only real downfall were that you couldn't change the heroes costumes, it takes a long time to load, the storyline is not as good, but still good, and you have a little less freedom. And there were a couple things better than the first, there is better graphics, more heroes, and more powers. Overall it is a very good game. Don't be a hater.
Summary: The game was bought for my son as a Christmas gift. He is happy with it, but quite honestly it does not meet my expectations. The first game had better graphics and my son's main complaint is that he can't change costumes of the characters he is playing.
Summary: When i first played marvel ultimate alliance, i fell in love. The gameplay was easy and the story was really compelling. I couldn't wait to get further and further. Then I bought the sequel. Biggest mistake ever. Ugly looking characters, game glitches, gameplay system that didn't really work. I had read Civil War and thought I could relive the awesome story, but to be honest, this game ruined that experience for me.
