Magna Carta: Tears of Blood - Deluxe Box Set review.
25 June 2013
Summary: Not quite what I had expected from Atlus, but the game's challenging, story didn't really interest me, voice acting is terrible. Mediocre game at best, still good addition to my collection though, no doubt.
Summary: My mother taught me that if I didn't have anything nice to say, then I shouldn't say anything. Consequently, I don't generally trouble myself to write negative reviews. However, to have a product make such an inspiring promise, and then not keep it is annoying beyond measure.
Summary: But I can't seem to play this game without being extremely alert and sitting up *just* right. The battle system has this timing element to it that nearly incapacitates me if i'm not really "on" when i'm playing.
Summary: Like the other reviewer I brought this game to fill the gap left by Final Fantasy in my gaming life. As far as RPGs go, it contains good graphics, interesting and likeable characters and a long life span however this is servely ruined by its hateful battle system and dissapointing storyline.
