Summary: Although this game is a few years old now i still havent been able to put it down, the great passing vision of the quaterback keeps you entertained for hours on end trying to perfect the art of being a quaterback, the different skill levels give you chance to build your skills up before taking on the best the play station has to offer.
Summary: Madden 2006 is one of my favourite PS2 games. The gameplay is very addictive for fans of American football, whilst providing excellent tutorials (delivered by John Madden himself) for those who know little about the game . The Franchise mode is fairly similar to the regular season mode, requiring you to manage the finances as well as playing the game but is still a welcome addition to the game.
Summary: For many years the John Madden football brand has been the dominant force in American Football games. It's always been the number one for NFL fans even though a few other rivals have come down the line over time but none could knock the king of it's throne. So what does NFL 2006 for the Playstation 2 offer? Much more of the same great things as previous editions is thankfully the answer.
Pros: Solid fun NFL Game
Cons: If you don't like the sport you won't like the game
Summary: I am old enough to have played nearly all the Madden games, from the early efforts with generic stickmen running around, to the modern game, and this one is fantastic. Just as a sports game, it shows how to turn a sport into a playable console game, whereas others have struggled (such as Rugby and Cricket). The game is set up so you can keep it simple, or can crank it up to hard level, and you can design your own plays, if you wish, or use pre-set ones.
Summary: Oh man!! this is most definetly the best Madden game and NFL game ever made. The new features make the game so much more in depth if that's possible. Graphically this is the best sports game available. It's a shame soccer games aren't of the same quality. The cpu teams AI is much improved on the previous outings and there is no winning by 100 points anymore which makes the game so much more realistic RECOMMENDED.
Summary: madden is a really good game with lots of features. its realism i s outstanding and its set up is good the best feature bfl superstar where u start from scratch getting drafted and u try to become a superstar.
Summary: without doubt this is the best madden, if not american fotball game ever made. the new passing system is great and there is so much control over the offense and the defense. don't be a fool and miss out on one of the great american football games!!!
Summary: Right first of all i am not going to repeat what people have all ready said! But a few little points are that there should be more trash talking on the game itself like in really life! For example after sacking the QB there should be some display and trashy comments coming from the defender to signifie a awesome tackle like they do for touchdowns!
Summary: Lets get straight into it. This is possibly the best Madden yet but as usual there are a few annoying little things (as in all games), I'll get these out of the way first then I can concentrate on the better aspects. First off don't know if you have noticed but the 'Human' CPU controlled cornerbacks seem to let the reeiver catch a jump ball without much of a fight however the 'computer' CPU xcontrolled cornerbacks actually jump and knock the pass away.
