Excerpt: Rhythm/Action Games are no strangers to the Playstation format. The whole thing was pretty much kicked off with Parappa the Rapper on PS1, and games like Dance Stage, Parappa 2, Frequency and Space Channel 5 have perpetuated the genre. Mad Maestro falls into this category of game quite easily, the basic idea is simple, carry a beat and let the music flow, this isn't quite as straightforward though. Let's start at the beginning though, Mad Maestro has a plot, of sorts.
