Summary: I played this game years ago on ps2, but now I don't have one, one of the best games I have ever played, few I have ever finished more than twice, I really miss it, it was so much fun to play, I really think they should make it for ps3 or xbox360, I bet everyone who played it on ps2 will buy it again on ps3.
Summary: This game, though frustrating at times, is one of the best adventure/action games ever. I did not want to stop playing it. Here is what happens: You can play as up to 9 characters: Aragorn Legolas Gimli Gandalf Sam Frodo Pippen Merry Faramir (Pippen, Merry and Faramir can only be unlocked once you have beaten the game) There are 3 paths you can choose from: The Path of the Wizard, King or Hobbit.
Summary: Return of the King is a fun game and a real challenge. I thought the Two Towers game was tough, but this is much tougher. Even on the easy setting. I had a hard time with a couple levels. The Walls of Minas Tirith was nearly impossible to beat. I got frustrated many times, but I eventually beat the game. Despite my frustration with its difficulty, I really do love the game and enjoy playing it.
Summary: This game is the best, with a good mix of fighting and time-oriented puzzle levels. The graphics are wonderful, far better even than the Two Towers, and the levels are excellent. I would not have minded having a few more chequepoints in some of the more difficult levels as it can be extremely frustrating to be sent back to the beginning of a hard-played level when one fails at the very end.
Summary: This game is incredible. The grafics aren't that good, but the story line just like the movie. The best thing about this game(I think) is that you can play as the entire fellowship, unlike The Two Towers. If you were to go to the store and buy any game I would sujest The Return of The King for PS2, XBOX, or Gamecube. I also think its better than the other two LOTR games because it has two player. I would recomend this game to any one who hasn't played it yet.
Summary: Being a closet Tolkien Geek since high school, my expectations are high. Peter Jackson exceeded my expectations and so did EA with "Return of the King". This is not a "slash and hack" game like many think. The challenges are subtle. Try getting "perfect" for every mission and mastering the charater combinations instead of going nuckin' futs with the controller. Better yet, try doing "banes"! The graphics are excellent along with the voices of the real actors.

Summary: The Lord of the Rings has done a lot of things right. First the books themselves. Then Peter Jackson's trilogy based on them. Then the Two Towers video game which gave gamers a thriller game that has the chaotic-feel and epic scale of the movie battle scenes. The Return of the King, EA's second LOTR game, continues this streak with a all-out, co-operative, action-packed, and challenging but entertaining game.
