  • Excerpt: Lma manager has really gonr down hill since lma manger 2002, the cheats were a lot simplier than the code they introduced in 2003. The gameplay is easyier but i still wouldn't buy the game. The graphics are aslo not very good if you want a proper manager game buy total club manager 2005 the graphics are a lot than tmc 2004 ( if you played it ) Do not buy it because it is not worth.

lma 2004

  • Excerpt: "...gone? For the rest of you, LMA 2004 can be easily summed up: It's LMA 2003 with cosmetic changes to the gameplay and an updated roster. Just like any annually-released sports game, if you've played one version, you've played them all. ...That should have got rid of the rest of them. Anyone left? Curses. Then, let us begin. Football management games, in essence, give you the role of the power behind the players. It is your job to select the ...

Databases are fun.

  • Excerpt: LMA may sound like a boring game, because Fifa lets you play and be manager to some extent, so why would goiong through a bunch of databases be fun. Here i will tell you. My dad complained about managers whilst listening to the radio at the start of 2005, and so i thought that i would buy a game to see if i could do better as Aston Villa. They weren't the best, so i transferred to Wolves, who i now vaguely support (not into football too much, pro evo is fun though).

  • Excerpt: I recently bought this game from my local Tesco Extra and believe me I am loving every action packed minuite of it. It has everything a manager sim game fan needs, so here is a little bit why. You never know I may even convert somebody along the way, so here goes. Playability ***************************************************** This game has such a long life as the layout is so simple which makes navigating around is so easy to learn, even the wife can do it.

DamienShe..., Ciao
4 September 2005
  • Excerpt: "LMA 2004 is one of the all time great football management games on PS2, probably is the best (apart from 2005) the graphics, the gameplay everything about it is great. GamePlay- 10/10 It uses the same control system as to the previous games (Shoulder buttons to navigate) which for those not used to it can be tricky at first. Its amazingly easy to become hooked on this game and you'll find yourself playing it for hours on end. Its also managed to ...

  • Excerpt: "LMA Manager 2004 The game continues with its great new game, this is all about football management and nothing else, even though you cannot play the games it is still great. You go through a new game like being a real manager from a real team; you get e-mails and watch all the games you play if you want other wise you can skip them. Its great for the graphics and the skills they do on the ball. A lot of great new players to buy and more teams ...

  • Excerpt: "After playing on this game for a long time I can say it is arguable THE best console managment sim made! Codemasters really have unearthed a beauty in this and lets hope they keep the series going. With so many players in so many countries and so many teams you can build whichever team you want. Go for all out glory by taking over the likes of Real Madrid but face the sack if you are not experienced enough to do so, or will you work your way ...

  • Excerpt: "LMA Manager 2004 is great, more teams, more countrys to choose from and even a little surprise. Lots more characters to choose from including all the youths that was not on 2003 say like Christiano Ronaldo and Glen Johnson. More teams from other countrys. The little surprise is the Fantasy Team Game, you choose your own team by choosing there name, there kits, there stadium and even get to choose your own team from a limited amount of money. ...

  • Excerpt: "...i must advice you buy lma manager 2005 instead but if your short of money this is the perfect substitute there are new additions to the game kahn the famous german keeper has been replaced with a keeper schmidti can only guess its because kahn didn't give permission for his name to be used but schmidt is still the best keeper on the game and not that expensive, most famous older players are still highly skilled according to the game and are also exeptionally ...

LMA 2004: The console manegment game

uregod, Ciao
11 January 2005
  • Excerpt: "...use one in game play. LMA solves this problem by using a simple format of menus operated using the R and L keys. This stroke of genius makes this game a cut above the rest. As with all football management games you start as the new manager of a club with a season ahead of you. You can choose between a large number of clubs from England, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and yes even Scotland. It’s a shame to miss out on the Dutch and Portuguese leagues ...
  • Pros: Easy fluid menus, transfer informaintion
  • Cons: loading times, unrealistic player prices
