Summary: It's amazing to me how ACCLAIM can make a game like Warzone on the N64 and PS1 and make it a decent wrestling game. The only thing some people complained about was the controls being that of a Mortal Kombat style game, which they ignored and kept anyway when they release the games follow up of WWF Attitude.
Summary: They Just don't get it! In the 3rd Installment of the "Legends of Wrestling" franchise, this title fails to even be better than the first! The so called "Ready to Brawl" controls are sticky and confusing while the Camara angles don't help any. Theses are three major elements that prevent the gameplay of the title from flowing smoothly. In the end this just frustrated and confused me as well as sucked any possible fun out of this game.
Summary: Legends of Wrestling is not worth it at all. The game is very slow, the graphics are sub par but considering that this game is on the PS2 and XBOX, the graphics are mediocre at best. Also the gaemplay and control is awful. With fighting games like Tekken 4, MK Deadly Alliance and wrestling games like Smackdown SYM, this series really doesn't stand a chance because these games are faster, have better controls and the gameplay and replay value is great.
Summary: I find these reviews hard to believe because when I played Legends of Wrestling, I wish I could have gone and gotten my rental fee back. This has horrible game play. Though it might be cool to be the great characters in the game, it was so boring as the set moves were weak. I advise people not to waste your time or money on this game.
Summary: This game is just wrong. The intro movie is horrible and disrespectful to wrestlers, fans, and gamers. The legends are all unrecognizable cartoon characters. It's missing legends and has legends with questionable credentials. I would have much rather had The Rockers than the Rock and Roll Mullet Xpress. Where's Strike Force? It's got like the whole damn Von Erik family for some reason. There's too many WCW guys. Rob Van Dam?
It's un...It's in...It's...It's...it SUCKS to heaven!

Summary: Ok,I am a huge fan of modern and old-school wrestling and I always thought that I never ever could hate ANY wrestling game on ANY game station (I even liked WCW Nitro on PSOne),but since I experienced this [game],I changed my mind. First of all,the graphics are beyond bad. Many people complain about the strange look of the wrestlers in Smackdown!3,but THESE look even more strange and additionally, they don't even move their face.
Summary: For a game to be called Legends of Wrestling this game should have been named something else. First of all any true wrestling fan would agree the how could you make a game called Legends of Wrestling without Flair, Piper, Savage, Sting, The Freebirds, Dusty Rhodes, Lex Luger, Arn Anderson, Shawn Michales ect. The gameplay is garbage. A six year old could go straight through the career mode undefeated. And some of the wrestlers on the game are not legends KoKo B.
Summary: The makers of the game expected this to be a success because wrestling legends had been put in the game. Some legends like Hulk Hogan, Razor Ramon,Bret Hart and Jerry the King Lawler had been put inside the game to use. The Legends of Wrestling game with some of the most terrible graphics I have ever seen.
Summary: First let me say that I only play sports games. Those games include football, basketball, soccer (sometimes), and wrestling. I've been playing these games since the beginning of time. Does that make me an expert? Maybe. Now lets get to this lousy game. "Lousy?" Of course. What else would you expect from Acclaim Sports? This Showdown: Legends of Wrestling game only offers one thing and that one thing is Legends.
Summary: the idea of having all these legends is great..but acclaim really did a bad job..first game play is very slow..theres alot of gilnches..its not good..dont expect wwe smackdwon quality or gameplay...maybe THQ should make a game like this...rent this game but dont buy it...LOW and LOW2 were also bad games and i thought they wouldve improved this one but they didnt.
