Summary: To Me This Was The Final Chapter Of The Series. It Ended In an Epic Form. All The Legacy Of Kain Games are Great! But In Regards to this Game, The Fighting Combat is Really Addicting. I Would Of Loved This Game if It Were Just a Beat-Em-Up Style. The Combat System Gets a 10/10. The Storyline Is Great, As Always, and Its Never Dissapoints. I Would HIGHLY Reccomend This Game.
Summary: I bought this game to add to my Legacy of Kain Collection. I will keep it in the original shrink wrap, unless I break, and it looks great with my vintage video game collection. I loved this game and own it also for PC. It is the best Legacy of Kain game in the series. Great story, great characters, and fun gameplay.
Summary: Surprized to receive today, & quite content. No Problems whatsoever. The product was in great shape & came thru clear on player. Have played Kain for years , the center circle broke on mine And was surprised to find it at all.
Summary: This actually was the first Legacy of Kain game I ever played, and it got me hooked for life. The story, characters, combat, music, and voice acting are spectacular, and I would easily play the game 20 more times just to experience all that again.
Summary: If they couldn't make the game longer, there should have been another sequel. I think I read something about some of the full team not being available. Lots of running back and forth and ultra nasty boss battles extend playing time, but not really in the most fun way. This is still one of my favorite games, though. Limited viewing angles (compared with abandoned advantages of Soul Reaver 2) create need for unwarranted control compensation.
Summary: My daughter already had this game and was playing it at the hotel we were in when our friend's child ran past, caught the controller cord, and pulled the ps2 down from the pedestal it was on. The laser or something messed the disc up because it would not play after that incident. I purchased this hard to find game as a replacement. I received it as planned and is as expected. Good job, yet again, Amazon.

Summary: As a long-time fan of the Legacy of Kain series, I have played every game in the series to date. As of right now, the series has been shelved by Eidos in favor of Tomb Raider, making Defiance the last entry in what is truly an epic story. Going into this fifth LoK game, I had rather high expectations. Blood Omen 2 was a letdown in several respects, having been developed by a new team inexperienced in with the series.
Summary: About five minutes into the game I said 'This is probably the best Legacy of Kain yet!' and now that I've finished it I think that I have to agree with that. First of all the graphics are great, definitely one of the best looking PS2 games. Everything is smooth and highly detailed. A downside is that there is no new FMV cinematics but the graphics are great to look at. The whole game is very polished also, everything works and I never encountered any glitches.
