Features

The King of Fighters XI features a Playstation game with a genre of 2D Fighting developed by SNK Playmore. It offers a total of 11 teams which include Agent, Anti-K, Art of Fighting, Ash, Fatal Fury, Ikari, K’, Kusanagi_Yagami, Mark of the Wolves, Neo Psycho Soldiers and Rivals. Exclusive Characters is featured with Mai Shiranui, MR Big, Geese Howard, Tung Fu Rue, Robert Garcia, Hotaru Rutaba & EX Kyo Kusanagi. In addition to this, there are 7 playable boss characters which are Adelheid Bernstein, Gai Tendo, Sho Hayate, Jazu, Silver, Shion and Magaki. This game offers 4 abilities which include Quick Shift, the Saving Shift, the Skill Bar and the Dream Cancels. The Quick Shift allows changes into another character in the middle of any combo which prolongs or cancels the frames of animation of the attack in the middle of any attack. The Saving Shift allows the subject to take out a character when he is being hit which is said to cost both skill bars if he is hit. The Dream Cancel feature allows players to use stocks to interrupt a move in the midst of its execution with a powerful move which is said to produce devastating combos. It features Skills stocks which is said to gradually build up over time. The offensive maneuvers such as Desperation Moves, Guard Cancels and Tag Attacks uses Power Stocks. There are various modes of play which include Arcade Play, Team Play, Endless, Challenge and Practice. The King of Fighters XI features 14 endings which is said to be not present in the arcade version of the game. It offers colour edit mode in the game. There are 4 stages which are exclusive to the home console. This game also has 10 New Music Tracks.
