Feudal Japan from Nobunaga's Point of View

Malevolent , GameStop
13 December 2011
  • Summary: All the issues found in prior 2 titles Are gone. Gameplay is flowing, between planning, strategy, and battle phases. During each phase it's its own game. During planning phase you shop armors, weapons, horses, accessories and equip Nobunaga and his retainers which increase their stats in battle but...

the gaming

kessen for life , GameStop
6 July 2008
  • Summary: Wow is one word I would use to describe this game because of three reasons. The first reason is because of the gaming. I found it to have a fair challenge when it boils down to it. Also the bonus missions give it a spice because the challenges get harder and harder.

Kessen III a test of will

kessen for life , GameStop
6 July 2008
  • Summary: The game is spectacular. It challenges the willpower on one's self because of the challenges that lay between the different stories and you have to think a lot too, because they leave out some of the true challenges that lay before.

A Step Down

G. J. Martin, Amazon
30 July 2009
  • Summary: If you have played and enjoyed kessen two dont bother playing this. It is total rubbish. They have completely removed any need for strategy or thought. You can now make you entire generals army attack by simply pressing one button, which means the game is just a very poor version of Dynasty Warriors...

Kessen Strategy

iancozens..., Ciao
26 April 2007
  • Excerpt: Kessen III is a more than adequate strategy game, but is a slight let down after its predecessor. Despite me saying this, it hasn’t got any worse and is still one of the best strategy games I’ve seen in a while.
  • Pros: Attention to detail
  • Cons: Graphics, storyline
