Karaoke Revolution Volume 3
Game Over Online
14 February 2005
Excerpt: Initially, the transition over from drunken pastime to home entertainment was somewhat rocky…that is, until Karaoke Revolution came along. Instead of having to store some bulky machine, microphone stands and other singing accoutrements, gamers merely needed a headset or a USB mic to get their song on. Then came Karaoke Revolution 2, the sequel that provided additional tracks to perform with.
Excerpt: The graphics and sound have already been well defined and established by the previous Karaoke Revolution games. Karaoke Revolution Vol. 3 uses this as an opportunity to simply tweak the venues a bit and add some new singer models. The overall look and feel of Karaoke Revolution Vol. 3 is very polished and the sound effects are well done. The main draw of the game is, of course, the music. There are two ways to look at the music selection.
