Summary: I've got two kids and we all three enjoy games. Something else we enjoy is jet skis. This is one of the best games we have for the PS2. It's a lot of fun to play when you can't be out on the water for real. I love the courses in the game. I like the jet skis and the people you can select to ride them. The tricks are fun but for me the racing is the best. I have trully enjoyed being able to kick butt in the races.
Summary: The first time I played this game it was so fun and I couldn't get away from it. This game is so fun. The first day I played it i couldn't get away from it because it was so fun. The only thing wrong with it is there aren't enough characters to chose from and there isn't enough tracks.
Summary: This was the first game I played on playstation 2 and it was an awesome game. Once i started playing it i couldn't get away from it. You can choose from a couple of different characters and go race with that person or go try and do tricks. It is easy to get used to the controls. The only thing bad about this game is there isn't enough choices for characters and there isn't enough tracks.
Summary: I rented JetX2O with the hopes that it would be essentially another SSX Tricky, but this time on water instead of on snow. ...and I was severely disappointed :-( For a game which combines speed/placing and tricks, SSX Tricky is definitely the pinnacle of the extreme games genre. SSX Tricky also has numerous characters with a great variety of personalities, plus a massive number of customizable features for the characters.
Summary: I was expecting this game to rock .... The controls are unresponsive. The sense of speed is nonexsitent and makes me wonder why they even put the turbo button in the game in the first place. The graphics are lackluster and there aren't many options (there are only 3 modes to the whole game). However the courses ... are cool b/c they are so large and unique. Nevertheless, I seriously suggest renting this one first and definitely play Splashdown before buying.
