Rubbish

Kim, amazon.co.uk
7 March 2014
  • Summary: A lot of the reviews compared this to games that I liked to play and I bought this to play on my ps2 after not playing on it for years. I got a few levels in and just couldn't stomach it anymore. The sidekick is the most annoying character and his voice cuts through me. He tries to be cheesey funny, but just comes across as irritating.

Great but nothing to do after game completion

YEA, amazon.co.uk
2 February 2014
  • Summary: It is very good me & my bro (19) have gone 100% into the game. Levels are fun. Have u heard about the orb that is really hard to find on the internet? It's got its own little thing! One guy said "Holy crap! There it was! Buried in the dang snow! " It's funny how he's always running around barefoot. Jak could definitely do with some shoes! It's a brilliant idea. This game. I feel very good to have had this game. And played it with such an awesome guy.

Naughty Dog at their best

retro_gamer_87, amazon.co.uk
6 December 2013
  • Summary: Really nice game from the creators of Crash Bandicoot, Uncharted and The Last of Us. One of the best platform games for PS2. I would play it over and over again. Unfortunately, it was the best of the series.

jojo

jojo, Amazon
1 November 2011
  • Summary: I love the Jak and Dexter series but I find this one very hard to play ... the controls are very hard to master ... not like the other predeccesors. THe planes are really slow and hard to manoeuvre. You get lost very quickly in the air or on land. As you progress through the missions they become almost impossible to complete. It's very frustrating. I think the programmers really #$%@& this one up. THese games should be fun ...

A late newcomer to the Jak and Daxter series

xenofan "xenofan", amazon.co.uk
9 October 2009
  • Summary: I'm something of a late newcomer to the Jak and Daxter series, but with a somewhat large amount of free time to kill over the next few months, Jak and Daxter (which is made by the creators of the Crash Bandicoot series) seemed like just the thing to keep me occupied. The plot is simple enough: Jak's sidekick, Daxter, falls into a silo full of dark eco, and is turned all fluffy and cute looking.

Very Fun!!!!

Eoghan CC "ECC", amazon.co.uk
4 February 2009
  • Summary: When i was younger and first got the PS2, this(and Star Wars: Starfighter) where the first games i got. As a inexperienced gamer i found this a very challenging game. When i found it again recently i started playing it. And all thoughy overall alot easier then when i first got, it was still quite challenging in different aspects. The gameplay is very good, the graphics are exceptional, and the story pleasant enough.
