An average platformer let down by some poor design choices

  • Summary: The game starts out fun, true enough. Unfortunately, it's a low budget title, and so some corners were cut in the game design. Basically, creating 3D worlds takes a lot of time, so for this game the number of maps is limited compared to (say) a Jak or Ratchet game. To try to compensate for this the game was padded out by making you have to do the same maps two or three times--once as a normal level, then again collecting red coins or as a speed run.

Cute little ninja, but.....

  • Summary: First off, I really like the cute ninja guy. This game is pretty hilarious, and fun to play. The only real gripe I have is that some of the challenges are impossible. For example, there's this one test you can take, that unfortunately, is on a time limit. (Time limit challenges are abundant). You have 30 seconds to slingshot around this track and then rail grind to the finish. I've got the slingshot down pat. But, the rail grind part is really hard.

Could have been better....

  • Summary: I-ninja looked like an awesome game, and I expected more fighting in it. You basically do the same thing in all the levels. It has good graphics, and is probably more fun for kids. I'd suggest you rent it first.

I-Ninja:3 stars

  • Summary: The 20 levels or so of this game plus the visit to the moon and seeing 5 different worlds could have been exciting, are even memorable at least. The giant bugs, playing spitting dobbermen and air borne strikes, surface running, could have been interesting or maybe even challenging. The sound..... well-, maybe it would have been better if they ripped off some other game's music while they were at it to help ease the pain of playing.

  • Summary: the ninja save`s his master from the enemy touches this stone and ends up killing his master, but the plot grows thicker as the master comes back as a ghost straight away and sets him quest to defeat his enemy.
  • Pros: fast, stylish, hardhitting ninja moves and great techniques. i would reccommend this game as its pretty cool game and really it for all ages its not too kiddy or puzzly also go straight into the game.
  • Cons: story isn`t so good as its abit original everything is okay
