Summary: This is a fantastic game but can be very challanging at times mainly to get the Silent Assassin rank but nonetheless a good game. A vast improvment on the original but i recommend you buy that aswell. The disguise system does need to be improved, if you mistakenly press to hard on the L3 button you will be found out but i really recommend you buy this along with its two sequels.
Excerpt: "Hitman 2:Silent Assassin, a sequel to a game I had never actually seen before this one. And I only really noticed this one recently because it was part of a triple pack (along with Contracts and Blood Money). I had spoken to friends about the game and about the style of the game and thought that I would invest in the triple pack. I only actually played Silent Assassin and decided not to continue with the second 2. Storyline: Well to be honest ...
Summary: I'm generally a fan of two types of games: sports games and shooters (1st and 3rd person). I'm not much of a strategy game player, so I don't have much interest in games like Final Fantasy and games of that ilk. But I typically devour every action game I buy (Metal Gear Solid, Splinter Cell, GTA, James Bond: E or N, Medal of Honor, etc.). I'll play the game exclusively until I've beaten it, whereas I usually rotate between various sports games.
Summary: This game makes you feel like the ultimate spy. You can sneak around and take out enemies in many ways. It is hard to just run around sometimes and the enemies are absolutly stupid. The graphics are good for it's time. The aiming is OK, but could have been better. They expect you to sneak up on enemies all of the time. Very hard. The plot and level design is very simple and the gameplay overall is bad. The game is way overated.
Summary: This is one of the most difficult games I have ever played, the reason is that the objective of each mission is to kill only the target. This means to get the best assassin rating you can't kill civilians OR guards. Considering that in some levels there are between 20-30 guards it is virtually impossible to get the assassin rating. However, you don't have to get the assassin rating so you can just go in guns blazing.
Summary: This game is in essence a good idea, and is an improvement on the 1st. but stil it didn't take me too long to complete, and was hindered nby some of the skectchy movements. Like when slashing with a knife, the movements don't flow easily. And the Katana sword can only be brought down on your foes like a club - most disapointing for myself. However the game does offer a wide variety of weaponry, but stealth is rewarded - with extra weapons.
