Summary: Headhunter is definately a mixed bag. Attempting to cross the genres of Metal Gear Solid and Syphon Filter, Headhunter's results are satisfying, buy I could have seen it going so much farther. Storywise, Headhunter takes Jack Wade, an amnesiac bounty hunter who lives in future USA. He wakes up in a hospitial, and at his bedside is Angela Stern, rich daughter of the late Christopher Stern. She asks Jack to find her father's killer and well, kill him.
Summary: Its a really good game i think its great actually i just wouldnt buy it you get bored trying to find crap and you could probably finish it in like 2 Days so if you rent it you can play the whole game and beat it so if you like MGS Winback and Clone enemys thats the suck part all the enemys look the same thats why its not as good as it would be so here are my ratings.
Excerpt: "...been fired from the official Headhunter program, his former boss advises him to go solo. This means you have to pass the L.E.I.L.A. (training Program) in order to get a gun and start to find out who you are. Added to that the daughter of a murdered business man has approached you to find her father’s killer. This isn’t going to be an easy task though. To aid in getting you from one place to another you get the use of a bike, which can travel at ...
Pros: A good idea, Great detail put into each and every location
Cons: Gameplay a little hard to get to grips with, Difficulty extremly hard from the beginning
Summary: Head Hunters is one of those games that is not worth buying. It may have a lot of action but in the end it is simply a puzzle game. The whole game fits together way to easily. One thing leads to the next and to the next until the game is over. Action is just thrown in to keep the game from getting boring. Game play is pretty much a bad Metal gear Solid Game. You can roll push up against walls and snap people's necks from behind.
Summary: Headhunter really isnt such a bad game. It has its ups, and it has it downs. The only good thing is riding a super-bike around town(the town and its surroundings are cheaply designed though). Overall, Headhunter is not worth the [money]. ...
Summary: it wasn't bad, up until I played the level with the mechanical spiders. Then it's just impossible. This game goes from somewhat challenging to stupidly impossible in about an hour and a half of play time. Good luck if you buy it, I can't beat it. Rent it first and be prepared to crash allot on the motorcycle.
Summary: HeadHunter's storyline is quite original, although hard to follow at points. The character portrayal is solid, as are the controls. But be warned: This game is like a cross between Metal Gear Solid 2 (stealth aspect + radar + VR missions), Winback (stick to wall corner shot + pistol has infinite ammo), and Resident Evil (item and menu system). But even with all the rip-offs, its story makes up for a good game.
Summary: What we have here, is a game with great potential, that just doesnt cut it as-is. What could have been a smash hit, is a disapointment of sorts, however, the gameplay is good, the storyline is satisfactory, and the gunfighting engine is phenominal. The graphics, controlls, environments, charactors, and sound ,however, leave much to be desired. To sum it all up, headhunter is an entertaining title, but at times can become frustrating, and repetitive.
