Summary: When I first heard of this game, it was before its official release, they had a demo of it at the Innoventions attraction at Disneyland Resort. Being an ultra Disney fan, I really wanted it, but at the young age of 12, could not afford it. My dad rented the game for me once, and I played through a few of the rooms with my younger brother before we got too scared and turned it off. Now, 10 years later, I came across it on Amazon.
Summary: I got "The Haunted Mansion" Years ago for Christmas. I played. At first (I was young), it freaked me out. There is this dude with a hood. Ok, Back to the game. This is game is entertaining and has a strong challenge. Many Puzzles and it is pretty suspensful. Also, some things will give you the big creeps, like: Spiders - Ghosts - Hood Dude - Zombie Arms! Yes, the esrb rating is correct. This is for players who dont get freaked out easily.
Summary: Okay, the first thing you should do is to forget whatever the plot line is in the movie ofwhich this game is based on. Why? The only thing that actually connect the movie to this game is Madame Leota (the fortune teller head in the magic bowl), spiders (lots of spiders), the ghosts, the animated heads, and of course the haunted mansion itself. You won't be finding Eddie Murphy's character and his family in this game.
Summary: This game is Amazing, of course it's no Socom 2 or Madden 2004, but it is a great (and challenging) game. The Graphics are amazing, and the depth the makers went into is very intreguing. It's very challenging to figure out all of the puzzles and little mind games that this game throws at you. I bought this game the Friday after it was released and as soon as I popped it into the PS2 I was hooked. It's Addictive, challenging (not to mention scary).
Summary: Ok i just got this game and it is great! Fun and EDUCATIONAL! the puzzles keep you busy for hours. the great detail in the game from every book in a shelf to the cobwebs in every corner. When my mom got this game for me I thought... i dont know about this... BUT now i know that it is an awesome game parents-- no violence the only "weapon" is a lantern that shoots a light "projectile" not violent. a little scary though. on a scale from 1-10 id say a 9.
Summary: I saw this game at Disneyland. It was a lot of fun, but I didn't own a gaming system -- so I went and bought one and waited for the game to come out. I purchased the game on the first day, and it has been worth the wait -- as well as worth the purchase of the gaming system! Zeke walks through the Haunted Mansion, collecting spirits in each room. The puzzles in the room vary; some are more logical, some are more manipulations.
