Tragic Magic

John, Amazon
8 June 2004
  • Summary: This game overall was pretty bad. I didn't like many things. Few things I liked were overpowered by the bad. Graphics: 8/10 The characters look real, but cheesy all the same. The castle looks like cardboard and I don't see much depth in it. The graphics are sometimes choppy, but generally pretty smooth. Sound: 5/10 Where's the good music? I'm wondering. Hermione sounds like a 3-year-old and so does Ron. They start repeating themselves and then it get's annoying.

Great for Potter fans, but game has lots of bugs :-(

  • Summary: If you are a true Harry Potter fan, then i would not hesitate to buy this...however...the game has lots of bugs and problems. I am always restarting the game...For example, you can not control Harry's view very well. A lot of times, I have had to re start the game because Harry got "stuck" in between things in the game and you couldn't move him or the camera.

Good game - a few issues

Leonard Weaver, Amazon
9 January 2004
  • Summary: I am a big fan of Harry Potter, so I couldn't wait for this game to come out. I was pleased with the story line for the most part, and found the game play much the same as the Chamber of Secrets game. However, the game itself was fairly short - I completed it in just a few days time, so this might be a game that someone would rather rent and complete as opposed to purchasing. Also, I did notice a few problems with the game design itself.
