Why EA, Do You Do This To HP Fans?!?!?!
7 February 2009
Excerpt: I really love Harry Potter (as my reviews seem to tell!), so it seemed right to buy the game to my favourite film. I already had the DS version of this which was a massive let down but however found in the HMV sale, the PS2 version.
Pros: Get To Explore Hogwarts, Slightly better than the DS version
Cons: Really Boring, A Huge Let Down For Fans, BORING !
Excerpt: Firstly I would like to mention the game before this Harry potter and the goblet of fire in this game you find it is really unrealistic with the characters sounding like little kids and the missions filled with weird monsters which have never been mentioned in the book or seen in the films, however...
Pros: You get alot of freedom to go around the castle
Cons: In Grinwald place i find that they could have made it a bit more interesting .
Summary: Well, when I first bought this game, it was great fun, but being the caretaker for the school soon starts to get boring. The gameplay is not the greatest at all, you just run around doing spells on broken objects and making things float and just helping Hogwarts get clean and tidy really.
Summary: Having played previous Potter games, and loving them (until the 4th one) i was looking forward to playing the game, especially after all the good reviews. However, the game had none of the action and adventure of it's predecessors. No class challenges or puzzle solving.
Summary: I liked the first three games of the series. They were sweet, with plenty of fun puzzels to solve. Unfortunately, in this game, the puzzels have been replaced with what amounts to housework and chores. I thought that Goblet of Fire was a disaster and I'm sorry to say this game is even worse.
Harry Potter 5 - Great Book, Great Film, Shame about the game

Excerpt: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix Introduction Don't get me wrong, this game was entertaining, even if only for a day. But its such a shame, such a waste of potential, and it had GREAT potential.
Pros: Beautiful graphics and alot to do for people obssesed with 100% a game
Cons: Boring, Tedious and sense of . . . "this could have been so much more"
